Royal Family Records is excited to present the latest project on the label, The Alan Evans Trio, featuring Alan Evans on drums, Danny Mayer on guitar, and Beau Sasser on organ. Over the past 13 years Alan Evans has honed his skills as a recording engineer, producer, guitarist, vocalist and writer. Armed with an abundance of newly inspired songs, Alan has decided to start a new band in a lineup he thrives in, the organ trio.

People often ask him where he gets the energy to keep writing, recording and touring. “I’ve known for a long time what my purpose is this time around. All I want to do is try to make people happy with what makes me and my family happy…… Music.” -Al

Together as the AE3, Beau, Danny and Alan share the same love of recording albums and taking their music on the road. Expect the debut album, "Drop Hop" to hit digital outlets on April 17, 2012! The new trio will also bring their hot funk on a 14 date run across the East US with stops in DC, Charleston, Atlanta, Chicago and New York! Check below for a full listing of shows.
